Yes, he did say – I’m sorry I didn’t look properly the first time. It’s the Mayakovsky poem Letaiushchii Proletarii (Flying Proletarian). I’ve sent you a link to the book that’s also very interesting. I found the poem in the book Culture Two (Architecture in the Time of Stalin) by Vladimir Paperny. I checked the reference and this is what was there. Unfortunately, it didn’t give the title.
